fell down the stairs

i fel down my front stairs and mess my knee up bad now i got to go to a specialist to see if i will need to have surgey i hope not

I hope you don't have to have surgery, But now a days it is so much easier on a person then in my day. I am so afraid of falling on the steps, i really watch myself. So am saying a sort prayer and sending it your way,

Ouch.  I've got a bad knee, then I fell on it a couple years ago.  When it acts up I use a magnetic knee brace and it helps a lot.  Personally I won't even consider surgery.  There are so many non-invasive alternatives today, all kinds of therapy and lasers...  I hope some of them will work for you.

Have you been to see the specialist yet? What was the final outcome? I've got a bad knee myself, so far no surgery thankfully, but I absolutely have to keep up with my exercise routine otherwise I feel it.

I hope you recover without the surgery but if not it is amazing what they can do for you today. The hardest part is the recovery and therapy afterward. I wish you the best!!

I hope your okay I fell down a few weeks ago and I didnt hurt my knees but had a big bruise on my arm that tok about two weeks to go away
