I can't believe how many people like their meat cooked well done! There is no flavor or juices in a steak that is cooked well done. The flavor is in the MEAT people! I love RARE RARE RARE!!!!

I like my steak with just a little pink in it but my husband has trouble cooking it that way.  lol  It's either still oozing blood or way too done.  We eat steak every saturday night and have for years.  Not sure how we ever got into that habit but guess its alright.

It has to be well done.  And my favorite is chicken fried steak with lots of crisp and white gravy poured on top.

I prepare my steak well done but not burnt. I also have to have A-1 Sauce to go on top of it. The Steak at Golden Corral
is really good. Otherwise I prefer steak at home.

I like getting mine medium-well. Because steak prep is so relative sometimes well done is too dry. I like to hedge my bet and say medium-well so it still stays moist.

Well done. But not too well done. I want it cooked all the way through but not overcooked. I can stand to have a just a tiny bit of pink in the middle but prefer it done all the way through.
