Fusion Cash Toolbar

I just downloaded windows 11 and now my Fusion Cash Toolbar will not work. I uninstalled it and now I can't reinstall it either. I even took my computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they can't fix it either. Does anyone know what is
going on???? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
