Business Card transcription

This is one I really like but I have a few questions.  When putting in the addresses, are we supposed to type them all in one line without commas?  Some of those are really long in Asia.  Also, with the phone numbers.  If no parentheses or dashes are used do we just string the numbers i.e. 303 609 4432 would that be entered 3036094432? and what about the + sign on the asian numbers.  It seems I don't get full credit for my entries and I'm thinking it may be these numbers that are dragging me down?  Anyone?
