Congrats! Just have a positive attitude, be a hard worker, be friendly, and be on time to work, and you'll do fine.

I used to work at a grocery store as a cashier. The produce people seemed to like their job. Lots of washing produce, carrying crates, things like that.

I think the only hard thing is when lifting make sure you are lifting correctly when you carry stuff because it will put a number on your back if you are not careful. Other then that, congratulations and good luck!

When Walmart first opened I use to get two carts of items for around $100 or so. Now I get two bags full for $100.
Also noticed you have to watch price when items ring up at register, for there are many times they don't change the
price as it should be. Guess they are trying to make up the money they lost when they first open and had deals. I thought they have fallen prices. LOL. Maybe on the sign, but not at the register!

I have never worked at walmart but any job at the beginning can be hard just because you simply do not understand the job just try your best and you will catch on. I hate when some managers get annoyed with you asking questions and stuff like hello they just started give them a chance I hope you get lucky with a good manager =)

You will do  great  in the produce  department.  The  fruit   baskets  will get  you angry but  once you  get  the hang of it;you will have  no worries :)
