I order from the kids menu when I want to eat smaller portions. If they tell me I can't order from the kid's menu I just ask if they can make a customized adult order

I have bought Happy Meals from McDonald's if they have some kind of toy that I am trying to collect.

I order off the kids menu quite a bit and of course the senior plate if they have it. A full plate is just too much. Most of the time when we go out to eat is when we are out of town and a too go box won't work unless i have a cooler with me. Ihop is the best place for a kids meal.

I've only done this a handful of times and I am one of those that did do this with Happy Meals too. I think this was around the time when I first discovered these items might actually have value in the future. Of course this pattern was short lived.

I do not think anythings wrong with it. I work at a restaurant and people ask me all the time if its ok to order something from the kids menu and I let them. They are still paying for the amount of food they are getting so I see no problem with it.

Yes, I do!
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)

I don't see anything wrong with ordering order off the kids menu...you get what you pay for. I'll do that when I'm not that hungry. Sometimes I just want the toy too.

I usually do it when I don't want to take out my leftovers.

I have ordered from the kids meal before. Especially when I was living in Hawaii because the size of the meals were smaller and they weren't as expensive. Some of the adult size portions are huge!
