what did you get for valentines day

I didn't get anything, but i did send flowers, chocolates and a bear to a girl that i like ; )

I had one of those Valentines that I will never forget.  My husband bought me a box of fannie may chocolates through my son's band fundraiser.  I bought a box of those sugar induced sugar cookies from wal-mart for all of us to share.  My 2 daughters gave us valentine cards and here's the funniest part of the day.  My 7 year old's cards were in a princess motif.  One by one my we read our 2" x 4" cards.  My husband read his last and in his deep voice he reads "For you princess." We all busted out laughing.  My poor daughter was so embarrassed we he to explain to her it was funny not that we were making fun.  She ran to her room and grabbed a black marker to mark off the last to ss's.

PS I too made steaks for me and my hubby.  Baked potatoes and a beautiful salad.

Candy!
It was a sabotage because I have been trying to lose the last 10 lbs, not very thoughtful really to get candy. 
Not looking a gift horse in the mouth, & am thankful for any gift, but really how inappropriate.   *shakes head*

I get a card but no flowers because its my choice not to. My husband cook for me a steak and lobster tail w/ chocolate cream cake.

I like all of these steaks I'm hearing people got on Valentine's Day, haha   My boyfriend took me out to dinner at a local restaurant shortly after giving me a rose    I also bought chocolate-covered strawberries for his family but made him eat one the other night.

I anything truly special for #estate my wife died last July and I remarried and my wife kicked me out in January so I don't have no special is my grandkids they love me all the time!
