HELLO FUSION FAMILY,

I AM IN A DILMEA, MY E-MAIL WAS DOWN FOR A DAY AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DAILY CASH E-MAILS, I SENT A SUPPORT TICKET TWICE BUT NO WORD YET. I TRIED TO RESET MY E-MAIL ADDRESS AND IT KEEPS TELLING ME YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS NOT RECEIVING OUR MESSAGES. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR E-MAIL. I AM AT A LOST TRIED TO UPDATE BUT WONT ALLOW ME TO MISSING OUT ON MY MONEY. THAT SUCKS. DOES FUSION HAVE A PHONE #.

You are doing the right thing coming to the forum.  I'm sure someone will be able to help you.  I went searching to see if I could find a phone number, but I didn't find one.  I did find an address.  It's located under the "corporate" link at the bottom of the page, then click the "contact us" link.  I know it's scary and frustrating when something like that happens, but with my experience with FC, if it's on their end, I feel sure it will be temporary for you.

What email provider are you using? You may need to add the fusion email address to your safe list so you'll actually receive them

That sounds like an issue with your email, not FC. As ladavia89 said, you need to add FC to your safe senders list. What email are you using? Someone who uses the same can provide instructions on how to do that if you need assistance.

Also, I would check your spam folder for the emails too.

Add FusionCash to your safe senders list. You should also check your spam folder. I do not know any way to contact FusionCash other than opening a support ticket.

i went through this so i came here in the forum saw some said clear my cookies so i did i cleaned it all out and now it fine so if this dont help just keep letting them know

You could make another e-mail. I sorta messed up my hotmail and now it's down for a month, so I changed my e-mail for Fushion Cash to my fastmail. E-mails are really easy to  make. I have four, so you could just sign up with a different e-mail.

I stopped getting the paid email too a while back. What I did is went to the earn cash area and clicked the earn daily area of the offers. I clicked the daily email and then the email started getting to me everyday again. I don't know if you did that already or not. I wouldn't change my email especially if you get paid through paypal since that would be the email that they would send your money to you to unless nothing else works out for you. Hopefully you haven't went to the area to have the paid email sent to you , and that will work for you!

I have not had this problem as of yet but why don't you try resigning up for the paid emails?  It might let you re sign up and than your problem would be solved.  Be sure to check your spam folder and I believe if you go to settings on your email address you can find that safe list where you can add Fusion Cash.
