Peanut labs Survey
« on: February 22, 2014, 06:53:44 am »
I finally qualified for a survey with the above, answer all questions and at the end get the following: Unexpected Error -. So now I'm out the $$ besides the time. Is this fair?  >:( >:( >:(

Oh, and the videos NEVER work.  >:( >:( >:(

No No No that is hardly fair- unfortunately it is a part of doing surveys and happens often.  If it's a time consuming survey that requires a lot of concentration I've been known to contact the maker of the survey and explain to them what happened.  So far in 2 years I've only done this twice and both times they credited me.  The rest of the times I just let it go.  I'm not sure why your video's aren't working.

I have gone under My Transactions and let them know about the videos but never heard anything back.  I now have 7 videos and 4 surveys  "opened" but cannot complete any of them and have let them know, but never hear back nor do I ever get credit. Don't know why I even bother with them.

Peanut Labs is very good at paying people. They want you to report the issues you are having with the surveys.. When i had problem with a survey.. Really it froze at the end when it was going to go back to the peanut landing where you get your credit.. 1 hour no credit i contacted them.. they told me they will open and investigation and look into it.. a couple days later i was notified that i should have recieved the credit that morning because they took the liberty to credit it directly to my account.. thanked me for reporting the flaw and went on their way.. I was amazed how quickly they actually got back to me.. I am guessing they actually care about the people.. (:

You need to report the problem directly to Peanut Labs, not FusionCash.  If you open the Peanut Labs link in FC, click on "My Transactions" and it will show you everything that you've done (or attempted to do).  Find the survey(s) you weren't credited for, click on it and then click "Report a problem".  This is the quickest and most effective way to resolve the issue.  As for the videos, could you explain in more detail exactly what's happening with those?  It could be as simple as using the wrong browser or having an out of date plug-in.  If you explain the problem, we might be able to help with with that one too.   ;)

There is a button at the top of the Peanuts Labs page that lets you see the transactions (surveys and videos) you've started.  If you click it and go to the survey, you should be able to file a ticket and explain that you completed it and there was an error at the final submition.  Many times they will give you bonus credit for it a few days later.

Did you read my post? I reported those videos and the open surveys and nothing changed.  I don't know how much more clearer of an explanation I can give them. In fact, I've reported the problems more than once and still nothing.

It's very reassuring that Peanut Labs took the time to care.  I appreciate the time that you spent with them on your issue.  That kind of thing helps the whole survey community from the company to the survey takers. I love the surveys and have had some success with Peanut Labs.  I will remember your contribution in the event that I have a problem in the future.

Wow, okay... I was trying to be helpful.  I wasn't sure if you were reporting the problem to FC or if you were reporting it directly to Peanut Labs.  Now I guess I know.  As for asking for more detail: I was referring to the video problem you referenced in your original post.  And I was asking you to clarify what your problem with the VIDEOS was so that I (or another member) could potentially HELP you.
