I have an older brother and sister who are a decent age gap from me and who I partnered together into buying a house over 10 years ago.  We did this after my sister had divorced. I might consider getting a home separately once more, but I will probably do this after my brother can find stable work again (he's working part-time and we have a decent size mortgage still).
