baked fried or grilled

I like baked and grilled are more healthier. Fried is not very healthy because of too much oil on it. But I`m I still eat fried once in while because taste really good. Just think of it as a treat.

I never Fry my foods.  It's either baked, grilled or boiled.

I love my fried fish.  I baked some chicken the other day.  I seasoned it with McCormick's Roasted Garlic and Herb and put barbecued sauce on it along with onions (my hubby love it that way).  In fact, he and my grandson finished the leftovers yesterday.  It has been a while since I had grilled fish.

I either bake or grill the fish. Last time I cooked fish, it was salmon and I baked it. I'm going to grill the rest of the salmon sometime this week.

I like Hardee's charbroiled fish sandwich. I also like crispy fried fish from various places as long as it is not soggy and dripping of grease.

I like my fish mostly grilled but my shrimp is another story. I like my shrimp best fried and of course with some cocktail sauce.

Fried taste good but its not healthy so i always grilled especially meat.

I generally bake fish because it's easy to do and I like it just as well as grilled or fried as long as I have some tartar sauce to put on it.
