Breakfast Maybe?
« on: April 09, 2014, 09:33:01 am »

What Type of Opinion Would You Have If A Fast Food Restraunt Starting Serving Their own Version of poptarts as a breakfast menu item?

Please let me know your opinions on this.

Brings back fond memories of toasted and buttered pop tarts when I was a kid. Brown sugar, chocolate, strawberry...! Yum. That's an interesting question. Is there news of a fast food chain considering this? I can't offer much insight because I don't eat pop tarts anymore or go to restaurants---but my first thought was they'd definitely need to be totally upfront about the ingredients!

I suppose if the pop tart in the restaurant had some flavor and wasn't dry like what you buy in the store would be okay.

I am not fond of pop tarts, so I would not order them. But to each his own. We rarely go out for breakfast, and when we do it is a late (or brunch) and then I like my Mexican food.

Poptarts just seem like the kind of food that are prepackaged with preservatives and flavor, but it seems kinda interesting so I might order some, but only if they had like honey or whipped cream

I wouldn't like it. They would probably charge more for 1 poptart than you would pay for a whole box at the store.

Thats an odd thing to get through a fast food drive through but it could be good so i am not sure what my conclusive opion would be.

I would not go for them because they have too much sugar and fat. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You can skip lunch and dinner, if you have a good breakfast. Go for low fat, high protein menu items.

I wouldn't go for them either. They'd probably charge more. I can just get a box whenever I feel like it.

I'm not too fond of Poptarts anymore. So, I am not too sure that I would even bother buying a Poptart from an fast food restaurant. Like someone else said above, they would probably charge too much anyways.

It just sounds like something McDonald's might come up with.  Frankly, poptarts are just another something we can put in our stomach while we pretend that it's food.

I'd like to see fast food restaurants offer real food like a banana.  Please, give us some nutrition, fiber, etc.

Have a great day!

For me to be interested they would have to be a whole lot better than store bought poptarts and they would have to be served warm with coffee.
