Sometimes I'll tap my hands on the steering wheel or head bang for a good rock song, but not truly dancing... And of course I'm always singing. (BTW @potluck, "Get Lucky" is by Daft Punk featuring Pharrell, but yeah I love that song too!)

Well, I do not have a car.  However, my answer would be "it depends who I am riding with".  If I am in my mother's car, no.  If I am riding with friends and a good song comes on, sure, why not?  But that is conditional, too.  Never on the highway, but if we are on the streets in town, then yes.
