How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

So hard to get hours of sleep now, I'm working at 3rd shift. Getting sleep in daytime is so difficult. Lucky to get 4-5 hours in total.

I slept about six hours and thirty minutes.  My body is telling me that was not enough sleep so I will take a little nap this afternoon and make up for those lost hours tonight.

i got maybe 7 or 8 hours.  i love sleeping but as i get older i sleep less.  i need to start trying to take naps.
