currently I am on 2 ptc sites.
one I really enjoy and the other I will probably drop in a couple of months.
Most PTC sites aren't worth it unless you activly build the downlines
There are many more sites and businesses that are much more worth my time and effort besides ptc sites :rainbow: :rose:

I only do FC and Clixsense.  I don't find ptc sites rewarding unless you can build your referrals. (except for FC)  I mainly use Clixsense for advertising not really earning anything from it.
Fusion Cash is the BEST ptc site by a long shot.

PTC sites do seem to be more tricky than other forms of sites for making money mostly for the reasons that sanglee gave. If you are trying to make money on these just by your own clicks, then it does take quite a while to accumulate enough to cashout, and even then, the cashout amounts are only a few dollars. So for these types of sites, the only way to really be successful is through your referral clicks, not necessarily your own clicks. Many of the PTC sites offer "rented" referrals which allow you to get some referrals under your account without having to actively recruit them, but for a price usually for a month to begin with and the option to increase their rental period later (and usually the longer lease times that you purchase will provide a little cost savings than just continuing with 1-month rentals). These rented referrals are good in that they do provide you with an income above what you'd be able to get on your clicks alone, but because of their rental costs as well as their own activity on the site may eat away at any profits that you're getting from their clicks. Thus if you do get rented referrals, then you'll need to spend more time just managing those referrals (you can usually "recycle" referrals that you think have a low clicking rate (making their rental costs more than their earning potential) to get new (and hopefully better) referrals for the remainder of the rental period, but at a cost for recycling them. So it can quickly get complicated in determining when to recycle, for recycling too much will eat away your profits just in recycling costs, but not recycling enough will also decrease your profits in rental costs outpacing profits from those referral clicks.

I know that some people don't really use PTC sites as a place for earning money, but rather treat them more like a traffic exchange where all of the money that they earn on the site is used to fund ads on that site for other sites (like FC) where they earn more money from referrals to those outside sites. And instead of just providing a referral link to a different site, they sometimes will link to their own person blog / website that showcases multiple sites for making money online, and provide the referral links off of their personal web space.

Right now, I'm active on 7, although there are a few other sites that I have accounts with but I am just not staying active with. But there really are 4 that are most important for me in that I have rented referrals on those, and in order to get credit for those referral clicks, I need to also click at least a few ads as well. So if I'm really pinched for time, I'll just hit those 4 sites and do the minimum number of clicks. Usually I just use the money that I earn on the site to start building up a referral base (by renting) and only after that do I actually cashout money for myself. Usually if I find that I'm progressing too slowly on a particular site, I may just stop investing with whatever referrals I have, and just cashout what I can before leaving the site. There is only one PTC site that I've called a true success in that I've built up 250 rented referrals that have a good average (I think in total I get an average of over 1 click per referral, which with getting 1-cent per click means I earn about $2.50 per day), and even after spending some earnings on the referrals themselves (eg extending their lease and / or recycling those referrals that average less than 1 click per day that I've had for at least 10 days (ie my recycling strategy for that site)), I still am able to cashout every week or 2 for about $10. Again that is much less than a true job, but I also don't have to spend a whole lot of time on the site either (eg if I'm pressed for time, I can spend like 15 minutes on the site (that includes both viewing the few ads that I need to to get full credit from my referrals as well as checking over my referral list), so in that sense it actually is a fairly good earning average.

I wouldn't really put a number of sites to be on as being an ideal number, but rather the quality of the sites that you're on should be the limiting factor. For example as I've mentioned some sites have terrible click averages for their rented referrals, so for those, I'll just cashout what I can and then leave. But for others if I see a good benefit for being with a particular site, I'll stick with it and make it into one of my regulars.

What sites do you use?  I'm always looking for new sites but have not had much luck with other PTC sites.

I'm on 3 other PTC sites. One I cashout like every 3 months? Give or take. And the other 2 take me a while but the extra money is always nice whenever I get it.

Fusioncash is the main one and Clixsense, Hits4Pay and DealsNcash when I get time. I have tried a bunch of others, but they don't pay enough to be interesting. Lately I work on my Blogs most of the time, because it pays a lot better.

I was on 3; now I do FC and 1 other.  I am up to $10.46 on the other site and it is already letting me know I can cash out, but I want to see how much I can earn on there.  I only lost 1 cent on there and now I am trying to earn the money so I can get back in school and earn my Master's degree.  I haven't checked the other site and I signed up for one more and I am not too crazy of being in the red in the new site.   :rainbow: :rose:

Isn't Clixsense more like a pyramid style marketing site without any videos or other ways to earn cash? I tried checking into it and that's the impression I get from reading the info, or did I read it wrong?

Since I don't have a lot of friends or relatives at this stage of my life, I doubt i could even get one referral for them. So it would be too hard for me to earn from that site.

Not counting Fusion Cash, I'm active on about 6 ptc sites.  I have had to let a few sites go because I didn't like the changes they were making.  The ones that I work are reputable.  So far, so good.

The only other one I do beside this one is Quickrewards. It is just too time consuming to do anymore and the money is really not there. :moneymouth:

I'm joining several paid to click sites. They are Neobux, Clixsense, Clicksia, Word Linx,  and a new one called Paid Verts. I'm also joining paid to click sites that pays in bitcoins and they are coin ad, btc clicks, btc jams, and bit to click. What I really do not like like about paid to click sites are renting referrals and Neobux is and example of this. They were the very first paid to click sites that offer renting referrals and I do not support this business practice and I wished Fernanado from Portugal, the admin and owner of Neobux never thought about using this type of business practice in  ptc the first place. Every since he introduced renting referrals, many new ptc sites like Probux soon followed suit and implemented his strategy. There's no way to earn from renting referrals unless they click. If they click, it would take about and an hour or more to get credited by their clicks and sometimes never. If they do not click, you do not get any profit. Recycling inactive rented referrals and extending them or using autopay will cost you more money. Renting referrals on any ptc site like Neobux is like a Ponzi Scheme since referral earnings are not guaranteed and you can lose more if you decide to invest in renting more of them. The referral commissions are not guaranteed when you rent them and they could be bots instead of real active humans. On neobux, if you do not have any referrals, I suggest, you not only click on ads to earn but also do their mini-job offers (task) to help keep your earnings grow. Just do not ever participate in renting any of their referrals. You better off spend money on buying direct referrals for ptc sites instead since direct referrals guarantees you the earnings as long they click on ads and are credited instantly. Also do not upgrade on ptc sites unless you have enough direct referrals or ptc is legit and they have been paying on time and as scheduled.

Honestly, the best ptc site you can earn without referrals is Clixsense. They originally started out as a plain PTC site then expand themselves into gpt site where you can do tasks, surveys, sign up for offers, and paid to call offers (similar to what you see here on FusionCash). I've made $600 on Clixsense which was my first payout from them. So FusionCash, Clixsense, Swag Bucks, and Inbox Dollars are big earners for me.

I would only recommend in using ptc sites if you are able to get lots of direct referrals to grow your downline. There's a great guide where you can get a swarm of direct referrals on your ptc sites just like getting leads for MLM on autopilot. I recommend Google searching  Universal PTC Guide. I have not used it yet, but I have seen someone used this guide and implemented real marketing techniques that really work in getting direct referrals that will save you time and money.

Also, there are too many of the new ptc sites popping up every year you cannot trust all of them since many new ptc sites can later turned into scams.  That's why I suggest you go to the Facebook page of PTC investigation to see which ones he recommends and which ones to avoid using. The original owner of ptc investigation is also a fusion cash member.  https://www.facebook.com/PTCInvestigation

I frequent about ten sites on a daily basis but, by far, fusion cash is the best. I keep track of what I make on a handwritten spread sheet and transfer the daily totals to a computerized spreadsheet that lets me know where I stand as far as my daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals with regard to financial investments and cash flow. Every cent that I make gets reinvested into different investment venues and after having done this for about six years my passive income is beginning to beat my daily paid to click income.  These sites have definitely shown me the value of a penny and my bank accounts are showing me the value of investing correctly and conservatively.

Fusioncash is probably the only site that I am willing to do PTC... The other PTC sites that I have used takes forever to cashout... Unless you have real life referrals, than it's quite time consuming to complete everyday
