That's probably the one series of Ramsay's I have yet to watch.  May try to do so this year.

What I like most about these Gordon Ramsey series is that, whilst he is a great chef, he also appraises other areas of the business and also their personal lives. I'm amazed that they're all connected and have a bearing on each other. For instance, a couple on the verge of divorce cannot make a restaurant work no matter how successful they are at cooking. And if you are lazy by nature, this will also come across in the success of the business, it doesn't matter how great you are at cooking. You can be a great cook with a supportive team and family behind you, but if you have not marketing strategy, it won't work. So not only is Gordon a great chef, he is also a counsellor and business strategist.

Ramsay's reality shows are the only reality shows I can stomach. Can't wait for HH to come back. :D Bummed he gave up on Kitchen Nightmares. :( Though, the UK version is 10x better.

I know what you mean: "You do not even get what you pay for!".  It is the reason for which many people do not even use them during good weather-spring, summer and fall.

I am with reiddb.  I have never heard of this show.

The title doesn't make me want to watch it.

I just heard about Hell's Hotels a couple of weeks ago.  I didn't even realize it had aired before.  I too enjoy Ramsay.  Although he is more of a drama king than what I want my kids to find acceptable.  As a family we all enjoy watching Hell's kitchen.  It always makes me laugh when my 7 year old makes sense of the contestants before they do among one another.
