What animal(s) do you fear most?

Bears. Caught sight of one while walking in the woods with my dog while staying at a cabin with friends in northern Wisconsin. Seeing a real bear in the wild was quite a scare; never ran so fast in my life to get to the cabin where we were safe and sound.

I am not afraid of any animals. years ago a vicious dog was going to attack me and I told him that if he bit me I would bite him back and the animal turned around and went away. Snakes I use to play with them the safe ones. Insects the same I like all insects even spiders but I do try to stay away from the deadly ones I usually kill them. As far as big animals like bears and huge cat animals I don't know since I have never come in contact with them. But I don't show or feel fear and that is what draws them to some people and why they stay away from me.

Snakes, I really hate them, small, medium does not matter I fear them.

I especially fear snakes if I don't know they are there, then they scare me.  I would be afraid of a bull if it started to charge me - really anything big that would charge me.

I am afraid of things that move really fast like lizards, bees, and also jumping things like frogs. When it comes to dogs or bigger animals I just respect them and hope they do the same for me.

 Rattlesnakes  give me the *bleep*'s, And we have a lot of them in our state. Also spiders.  An ornary spider bit me and I ended up with several scares. Took almost 6 months to clear up. It was not even a black widow or a brown recluse. Now I have this house sprayed every 3 months. Take care of that problem.

 I mean there are the obvious animals I would not go near but I wouldn't say I have a fear of them. Now some bugs on the other hand are a little different..lol.

Bears, the bigger the scarier

Hi,

Although I may never see one, the animal I fear most are sharks. With sharks you are at a disadvantage for its killing ability and not being aquatic. I lived in Alaska many years ago. Bears are scary. With polar bears the only protection is to get on your knees and tuck your head in your chest touching the ground. You may live. Since they are strictly carnivores if they are hungry you will probably be eaten. Some people have lived.

The only unusual shark tale I saw on the Discovery Channel years ago is concerning a great white shark. A marine biologist saw an entangled great white in a net in the Great Barrier Reef by Australia. The animal was going to die. She risked herself to free the creature, being vulnerable once she freed it. It just left. She was lucky. This is the only tale like this I have ever heard.
