Microsoft 365 video not working

I put in the year I was born and hit ok, and it said it was restricted to age and gender.  How do they know what my gender is?

it means that is is restricted by either age or geder.  There a few of those that float round.  The ones that are restricted I just ignore and move on.

I have had 2 MS 385 videos and one works for my age and the other doesn't,  so be sure to try both.  In the past I have seen the restrictions change on a video, so I always try(on the Matomy videos), just in case today is different

there are two of them exactly the same, one of them work well and the other state restricted for age and gender

Well, they don't!  But it was obviously restricted by age.  I guess you and me are too old, LOL!

I've noticed that there are 2 offered as well.  Thank you for the suggestion on trying both.  I, too, would attempt only one, not be able to complete it and ignore the second.  I will try both from now on when they are available.

I've had issues with this one myself.  Some days it will work, other days it will not work.  I try it once, if it doesnt work I just hide it.

One works for me (I'm OLD), the other won't.  You never know til you try!
