How do you eat your potatoes?

One good thing about potatoes - there are so many different ways to eat them.  My favorite is creamy mashed potatoes with brown gravy.  I also like French fries, a baked potato loaded with toppings and potato salad.  I'm getting hungry!!!

I like potatoes many ways.

We usually served them mashed.  We use a ricer to break down the cooked potato, then add a dab of butter and splash of milk til they are nice and creamy in texture.

I like potatoes fixed just about every way.  I have read that eating them cold (like in potato salad) triggers more nutritional value, which was a surprise to me.

I roasted potatoes, fried them, boiled them, and baked them.

Love potatoes anyway.  It really depends on my mood.  I usually only liked mashed potatoes in the fall and winter.  Just seems to be more of a comfort food.  Thought I do like a good loaded potato or potato skins any time.  I like to cut them into pieces and bake them with seasoning.  Makes for some tasty taters!

Tater tots...... yum. I like tater tots a lot, but I don't like to fry them in oil. I would much rather have my tater tots baked. I like mashed potatoes with gravy. Hash browns are good too if they're made right. My grandmother used to make something she called potato cakes, those were really good. Sometimes I just boil potatoes and eat them with a little pepper and just a little salt and that's all.

Mostly mashed but we also use potatoes in soup, to make hash browns, cassaroles, etc.

Lie them in the morning as hash brown,  my favorite for dinner is baked than I put a little butter and sour cream with pepper.
