Bah. If I'm going to bother with a donut, I'll have one as they are meant to be had. I refuse to fall into this whole "low fat" nonsense. In moderation, you can include just about anything in your diet.

I have no idea if that's even really possible. I mean, is there really a such thing as a low-fat donut? All the sugar that's in a donut will get stored as fat if the body doesn't use it up quickly, so even if you cut out other fats (like from butter if that's even used in the dough) unless you cut out a lot of sugar too it's probably not really low-fat in this sense.

I guess with whole wheat flour, but that just sounds awful. I'm about eating healthy but when I'm indulging I can't picture myself munching on a low fat donut, that's just wrong.
