I don't really eat "store-bought" cookies. I bake cookies. And I don't really eat cookies with milk.
I eat them with coffee. So I guess I can't answer that question.

I actually make my own. I saw a wonderful recipe in a magazine for oatmeal and white chocolate cookies. After you mix the usual cookie ingredients (butter, sugar, eggs etc) you add quick cooking oats and white chocolate chips. They cook up beautifully in the oven. In fact one summer, our SUV got so hot outside our house (I live in Idaho) that I cooked my cookies on the dashboard. They took a little bit longer than usual because unlike an oven, I couldn't control the temperature, but eventually they were perfectly done.

Oreos is the best with milk. I like to soak my oreos in milk until the are soft. Yummy.

Do you mean to dunk the cookie in or just to eat with. I love chewy chocolate chip but I hate dunking cookies into my milk. Ite just gross to me.

In my opinion, all cookies go well with milk. But, my absolute favorite that goes amazing with milk is Oreos!

I think it's kinda hard to narrow it down to just one. Oreo's (Mint are my favorite) home made chocolate chip bars, sugar cookies. Oh my goodness when I was growing up I knew a woman that would take an entire brick of graham crackers and mash them in a cereal bowl (A BIG CEREAL BOWL) and pour milk over it. She would eat it with a spoon. When my kids visit there grandparents they allow them to do that with the mini oreo's for breakfast. Ugh!

I think homemade chocolate chip cookies with walnuts and homemade peanut butter cookies both go great with milk.

The best cookie that I ever found which paired perfectly with milk, was Walkers Shortbread from Scotland. You can find it in speciality grocery stores like Cost Plus. The other close contender for me would be McVities Milk Chocolate Digestives.
