My question: To cash out it clearly states that $15 dollars worth of the $25 minimum must be completed in offers/surveys. . does that mean $15 in both those categories or just one?

It is $15 total in offers/surveys.The $15 can be from any combination of surveys or offers.It doesn't have to be one or the other.Also included in offers are tasks,videos,and Radio Loyalty.

Offers would be surveys,tasks, ,radio, videos, paid offers or free offers.

Bonuses would included referrals, forum,proof of payment, or the weekly promotions

In order to get paid you need at least $15 from offers but you don't actually need anything from bonuses.This is to prevent the site from having to payout without actually making a profit
