i try drink 4-6 32 oz water a day as i need to drink alot of water for the type of diet im on and believe me it works really well.

Lately, I've been drinking smoothies everyday and they have water in them, so I get my water intake that way. If I'm not drinking a smoothie, I drink plain water. Still don't know if I get enough during the day, but I'm definitely drinking more than I used to.
