Doesn't bother me... It depends on the professionalism and tidiness of the server.. If they are messy and unkempt, then I am wary of eating the food

That's funny. It really doesn't matter to me whether someone has tattoos or not. Tattoos are only accessories just like jewelry or make-up. What I pay more attention to is the persona of the individual serving me. If they are polite and respectful, it really doesn't matter what they look like. I admit that I prefer to be served by someone who takes pride in their appearance because if they take pride in their appearance, they're more likely to take pride in their work. Having said that, just because someone has a tattoo doesn't mean they don't take pride in their appearance. Tattoos are just their "thing".

Tatoo's don't make someone dirty so it doesn't bother me but like someone else said don't want to see them looking all wrinkled and unkept looking makes me wonder if they bath properly etc.  You know the blue bell ice cream recalls one of the problems was workers going to work in dirty clothes. Oh my gosh makes me never want to eat out or ice cream again lol

Tatoos have a way of creeping me out.  I guess it always seems to me like a person does that isn't thinking about what it will look like in a few years.  Earrings and necklaces can be taken off but a tatoo is forever!

Someone who has tattoo's doesn't bother me. Especially someone who is serving me food, doesn't affect my appetite at all. And there are people who have tattoos and think about where they want it, what they want, how it will look in the future, and make sure it's in a place that doesn't affect future jobs. I went through all of that before I got my tattoo 10 years ago. It's a personal choice, it's not for everyone and that's alright, but it doesn't mean that person is bad, unclean, etc....

You know what looks bad to me YOUR GRAMMAR and SPELLING, when I saw the topic line I thought someone had severed some potatoes :o  I know I wouldn't want you serving me anything because you probably don't know the importance of washing your hands.  PLEASE REVIEW your posts before posting and learn how to speak, write, spell English.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Tattoo's don't bother me unless they are on someones face, or of an ungodly  appearance.

i can't say a tattoo ever made me lose my appetite.  Most restaurant workers are clothed appropriately and tattoos are mostly covered. If restaurant workers aren't clothed appropriately, I will not be dining in that establishment.

Idk.  Tatoos do not make you dirty.  And you don't know what the person who actually cooked your food looks like.

As long as the food's good, and service is good. Tatoos to me are just a form of art.

Why's that?  Even people with tattoos have to work?  It's not like they're walking around with Typhoid.

To each their own.  You have every right to feel the way you do, as the person serving you food has the right to have tattoos.  Freedom is great, one doesn't need to accept differences,  one just need to be tolerant and respectful of others.

Disney has a policy of no visible tattoos for their employees.  They don't want anything to distract from the Disney Experience, that includes any extremes that take away from the ambience and focuses on any individual.  If tattoos bother you, choose another eating establishment that has appearance codes.

I learned to live with the tattoos on people working  in the public, but  some are so disgusting that I do not want to look at them. I have never understood why someone would want to deface their body.  I have seen some on the older wrinkled adults and then look at the ones the young people have and think too my self oh that is going to wrinkled and disgusting when they get old. It is to each his own, but some people carry it too far.
