Fresh veggies better over any other. I love farmers markers for this just reason at least you know its fresh and not waiting in some place for a week or two before it gets sent off to market for people to buy

Love fresh veggies & fruits...growing my own tomatoes & cucumbers this summer...also love growing herbs...the best is basil; it smells so good! <3

I wish I could have a garden! We have a lg store with nice selection of organic veggies/fruit that I often go to. (Even though these aren't organic, I also buy some frozen if there is a good sale.  Canned I don't like as much, but will get if there's a good sale and those get used in soups or casseroles.)  I don't have a big freezer and it's not always possible to get to the store, especially in the winter, so then the cans come in handy.

Yes, I love fresh vegetables and seldom use can as they tend to have to much salt even though when I buy can vegetables, I always get the sodium free ones, but I still rinse them off before cooking.

99% of the time I use fresh vegetables.  I use frozen vegetables a lot.

Yes although sometimes I get tired of the work it takes to do them.  But the alternatives aren't great.  I don't like the texture of frozen veggies and I don't care for canned except for the small green peas in the can.  I like those.
