Restricted by gender videos

It's very sad that they restrict the videos by gender before even asking your gender! They should not assume.

You filled out the forum profile to be able to be apart of this community that is how they already know what your gender is. So it is not as bad as you think.

Sometimes, even when I indicate my gender and age, it says that I can't watch the video and I am well over 18. It does not make any sense to me.

Happens to me all the time. I'm a 24 year old female and get disqualified a lot.

I continue to experience the gender content videos as well. I find that those kinds of videos out weight my opportunity to qualify for videos.

Yes I know they are very frustrating.  I have learned to go ahead and clear my cookies and log back in and then they have let me watch them but it is laughable that some times things like mascara wont let me a female watch them

It is frustrating to be disqualfied due to age.  It doesn't make sense to me that age can (in someone's mind) decide what you like, wear,  or use.

I really think support could reset this for us so we can try again. I got locked out cause I forgot to put my age and now they think I was born in 2015 which age restricts me in some videos.

I've seen that as well, but I think they use the information under your profile to find your gender and some other things. I really think they use that instead of asking so that people can't lie, but it is frustrating sometimes and I definitely understand why it  bothers you. I truly hope you have better luck with them in the future

I haven't been able to get the mascara one either and I am a female also.

I think it's kind of funny.  I'm also a female and certainly of age to wear mascara but they won't let me watch.  I'm wondering if the men get to watch it.      oh well, on to another video.

I know, why would I get disqualified for a macys video? I have a whole page of videos that I cant do.

I can never do the Macy's videos so I just click on the ones I can do. Try to focus on doing the videos you can do and watch those pennies add up.
