Work Issues Scenario 2

If you had a certain work station and kept things like empty boxes, packing material, etc. and someone consistently invaded your area and decided that they wanted to throw your stuff out, take it away even if they put it in recycling, and not prioritize their time for more useful tasks like putting away stock that has been sitting for 2 days, what would you think of this situation and what would you do?

If the company allows you to submit ideas on things that will help them save money, improve their production, etc I would submit the idea of having people assigned to work stations KEEP their work stations while others with down-time go work on putting away stock & making use of their time to increase productivity.  (The person is probably just taking your stuff because they think it makes it look like they are keeping busy, without them actually having to do anything---like putting away stock.)
