I like a little bit of both mayonnaise and spicy mustard are my go to favorites for sandwich condiments.

Most of the time it's a little mayo on my sandwiches. Some times it's mustard.

I will have to say it depends for me it could be either (and the mustard should be the brown Gulden type or deli style not  yellow, lol) or both.  It depends on the sandwich contents.

Mayo, although sometimes if I had a really tasty mustard, I will mix a little of the two together. Yum.

I prefer both.  Also it all depends on what I am cooking or on my sandwich or if called for in a recipe I may be using.
