Cookies, cashews, and chocolate!  I've gotten into the habit of eating a vegan dark chocolate bar before bed most nights out of the week. So yummy.

I guess my favorite snack is homemade Chex mix.  We call it "nuts and bolts" at our house.  I add nuts and pretzels to all the different kinds of Chex cereal.  My husband has just been put on a low carb diet, so I guess now I'll be making the mix with mostly nuts and very few bolts!

we are a big fruit and veg family .  my son would rather have a fruit then he would a candy bar which is something i love and he would also rather have water then juice and he has never in his 3 years ever had pop.  i have found that it is best to start them young on healthier options and then you dont have to struggle with it later on.
