I saw about Natalie Cole, paper said heart failure due to Hepatitis C that she battled for many years.  Didn't hear about Wayne Rogers.

I guess the kidney issues? I was thinking she had a transplant years ago. I cannot recall details though. She had a beautiful voice.

Yes, it came as a big surprise.  RIP Natalie Cole.  Prayers to the family.  She expired from congestive heart problem and some other problems.
