Can you drink your faucet water in your home?
« on: April 05, 2016, 11:30:47 am »
Since our area where I live is suffering the drought, caused the drinking water in the pipes to settle or something, they put disinfection, now I can't drink it, I have to buy bottled water! extra expense. The letter that I received in the mail titled Important Information About Your Drinking Water. We don't have Lead we have Trihalomethanes the disinfection byproducts are too high for the drinking water standard. I called the office and asked if I could get a break on the property taxes, they did not know what I was talking about! I am going to keep all my water store receipts Maybe I will get a break. All these years in this area, never experienced this before.

I live in a crap part of town, and we can't drink our water either, at least not without boiling it first, or we will get sick. We also buy bottled water, which is another expense. but it is cheap, and we just use it to drink, can still use tap to cook and clean and all that. It sucks, but we are use to it by now. at first we would goto my parents house and fill huge jugs full of water, but that was a pain in the butt. and when we can get 72 bottles of water for $9 its a lot easier to do it that way.

We can drink our tap water where I live, It is not as good as when I lived in Southern  part of N.M.  we had well water and it tested out at 99.09% pure. It was so good. Even though we had two farms on each side of us. We were over  the underground river that runs through that part of the state. It comes up on the other side into Mexico. I really miss that water.

I certainly can't tell you what might be in our water, but I sure the heck don't drink it from the faucet anyway because it just tastes nasty.  I buy bottled water.  The only place I've ever drank the water from the faucet was NY.  There are actually pizza places here that get their water from NY to make their pizzas.

April 5, 2016!

Hi Snuggleycutejc and everyone else out there in Fusion Cash world:

Yes, I drink water from my kitchen's faucet, but I like to microwave it and drink it hot, obviously, with tea inside of it!

And, whenever I go out I like to order my cheeseburgers and occasionally I will also ask for a cup of water.

And, sometimes I even drink bottled water!
