I'm going to tell you about a cookie that a lot of people probably don't know about...speculoos cookies. I guess made famous by cookie butter? At least that's the best way for me to describe them to everyone but I have been eating them since I was little. The good ones are thin, crispy and spicy and are in the shape of a windmill.
