I remember Warner Bros. TV shows that did not have voiceovers on whichever networks they originally aired on, but in syndication, they sometimes had a voiceover from a member of the cast of each show that said something like "(Name of show) is produced by (or is a...production...)" and ended with "...and is distributed by Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution." What exactly was the purpose of the syndicated voiceovers?
