           The same thing here.  II did it over a week ago for 5 cents and it credited right away.  When it went to 13 cents, it said that I had already converted the offer.  I am just happy for the 5 cents crediting, lol.

The same thing for me.  Did the offer at 5 cents when it first showed up.  Now it is a 13 cent offer, but I have already converted it.  But 5 cents was a nice reward.  Good luck to those of you who are still eligible for the 13 cents!!
