Where do you find success in "Referrals"?

  I know we all want to grow a "team" of people, spark interest in others and try to get them to do what we do here on Fusion Cash. Yes is it easy to sell the idea...sure! Can we get others to join....Sure! But if your a newbie or brand new to Fusion Cash how can they sell others on the idea? With social media, Youtube and other ways I still wonder if "word of mouth" is the best thing. I joined Fusion cash and have cashed out 1 time and have done it completely on "survey's, videos, Paid to clicks, and some offers. What I see that still alludes me in Fusion Cash is "referrals" or where to find them? I dont use facebook, twitter, G+ or other social media sites and I am not much into Youtube. So my question is this where or how can a new person build a "Referral" team online".

If your a successful person at this stuff please provide links and suggestions so others can know where to go in order to help build them a successful team.

Look for Old Buddy - he has a lot of referrals. I have tried to get them when I work at a yard sale or flea market but to this point I have not gotten any. Don't give up, I don't have any referrals and I have cashed out a number of times. The site is legit you just need to keep at it.

I have no success in referrals, but you should try using the social media to get more referrals.

I gave up on referrals long ago.  I just rely on myself to make money.

I have a hard time with referrals!  Never had any luck at all with them!

I have only gotten a couple referrals so far.  I just asked my friends to join, but it's the best way to make real money here.
