I had a referral cash out last month who had been signed up for months without ever cashing out.  That was a wonderful surprise!  If you are not a big time marketer online, I think the best way to refer is by word of mouth to like minded friends.  Show people how it is working for you, and it may be just what they are looking for.  You can't pre-judge!

You can't depend on luck, you need to talk to people. Ask them questions to find out if they need extra cash, then show them how you get it.
