Trouble getting your PTC today

Today i do 5 videos earned $0.05 which allowed me to get my PTC for the day. I try to get my CAPTCHA and guess what i get. I get no PTC and I am pissed

Yes I have had that message, but I just go back and do it again to get credit.

I have never had a problem ever with PTC, and it never makes me leave it open for 60 seconds. It always credits about 5 seconds after I hit refresh to see the updated status.

No whats funny is i use a windows pc and when i tried on Google Chrome it wouldn't work, i switch over to Internet Explorer and it works great....why does using a browser make a difference

You possibly entered the wrong captcha. All you need to do is request another captcha and be certain to enter it correctly.

I only use Chrome on a Windows computer and haven't had an issue. Some things do work better on different browsers but that wouldn't be the case for this

looks like you may have entered the wrong captcha... just request another one and try it again.. I've never had trouble with ptc

No problems with the PTC but my daily email would not load today. The captcha wouldn't load up. Tried about 5 times.

I take back what I just said. The PTC and daily email are both not working for me today either. I don't know whats going on with it. Hopefully it works tomorrow.
