I love my mother but I have not touched Veg all, a canned vegetable since I moved out! Oh, I shudder to think of the preservatives and chemicals.  :bad:

In my culture, they eat chicken feet and cow feet. I do not like it and I do not understand the point of eating it. Cow feet and chicken feet do not have any meat on them. It is basically bone and skin.

Asparagus,  liver and fish.  Actually I like Salmon put we never had Salmon when I was a kid.  We had all sort of  saltwater fish caught by my family.   Fish was on the menu constantly!

Probably Kelp. Can't stand the texture or taste of it. I like the seaweed snack tho.

My mother made fresh homemade cinnamon rolls.  They were great.  She would also make homemade jams and jellies (not so great) She just doesn't have the knack for it...  she would put the jams in the center of the rolls.  And I'd turn my nose up.  One time I threw a roll in the trash.  She dug it out and made me eat it.  To this day I can't stomach eating rolls with jellies in them at her house.

My mom would can her own jellies and jams too; I always thought they were great. But I remember when my sister got sick from a strawberry jam once.... She had trudged into the kitchen one morning saying that her stomach hurt. My mom took pity on her, and gave her some toast, suggesting that she put some jam on it since she hadn't had a chance to try it yet. My sister replied that she had tried it. My mom was stumped because she had only made it the day before, so the only time my sister could have tried it was during supper. My sister clarified that she had put it on her hamburger last night (complete with the other fixings like ketchup and homemade pickles)! No wonder why her stomach was upset!

LOL:) never ate that and would be curious to.... never tried it when I was in Germany either... too bad...
I actually think I can eat anything...
I'm Italian, went to the German school, married an American.... pretty international and I love any type of food.... my mom and grandma used to make liver.. I totally hated it, but now I love it (depends how it is made of course).

Don't know how to spell it but it was called Wacity Casserole and I think it was made with mayo, but was absolutely disgusting and and orange kind of puke color. My sister loves it to this day. I can't even stand to be any where near it without getting nauseated.
