I shop at Kroger most of the time too and I also download the Friday free thing each week; even though, it might not be something I can use.  I can always give it to one of my friends or neighbors.

I'm a cake decorator for a Kroger in Illinois.  By far it is the best company to work for (grocery retail that is) in my experience.  They offer Free downloads for it's associates and other great bargains.  Often times freebies drop on my card without my even knowing it.

I love the free Friday promotion from Krogers -- here it is Ralphs.
I usually collect whatever it is & give it away if we can't use it. 

I eat Belvita on a regular basis, so SCORE for us  this friday

I follow Kroger Krazy on Facebook and she always gives us the heads up on freebies. In our area, Kroger is the most expensive store for regular priced merchandise. But, I follow the sales and coupons and have become somewhat of a "stockpiler" on some of their amazing deals! At one point, I had 24 free tubes of toothpaste lol

There is no Kroger around here.  I wish there was, they seem to have good prices.
