i used t obowl a lot and in tournaments but i quit and really only bowl for fun once in awhile if firiends want to go out and do it,

I used to bowl for a recreational league when I was in 4th and 5th grades. Back then, I did pretty decent. Now, I'm lucky if I can even get 1 strike! Nevertheless, I do enjoy bowling. Occasionally, I will go with my boyfriend or family, and I even though I mostly get gutter-*bleep*, it's still a good time!

I tried bowling when I was younger a couple of times but I never was good at it.  I have enough trouble walking and getting around now so I for sure can't imagine me bowling oh well I can see why people have fun at it though.

I love bowling. I use to belong to a league for about 15 years. However, I am not able to bowl anymore and sure do miss it.

I am not a bowler.  I think I went bowling once or twice in my lifetime but it's not something I care much about doing on a regular basis.

I love to bowl.  I have my grandkids into bowling now.  A lot of the bowling allies have a special rate for kids and family for as often as they can bowl.  It was great for the summertime.  We all had lots of fun.  The kids are 5 & 6 now, we started when they were 4 & 5.

I used to bowl on a league with my mom and family friends. It was fun, up until the last year I was on it. The people in charge really ruined it, by giving all the really GOOD teams, the trophies. Since it was a "kids" league, all the kids were supposed to get something, like highest score with handicap, or something like that. There were kids and adults there that got 5-6 trophies each and no one else got anything. They totally ruined it, because most of the kids were under 6 and the parents were furious. I was more angry for the little ones that I had helped get a good high score, one of which got over 200 on one game, and the kids who bowled 250 or higher, got all the ones. There were 20 some kids in the league, only 3 got trophies. The rest of us kids got a pencil and an eraser! All the fees PAID for all those trophies out of our own money.
And what was worse, those kids and adults that got trophies, were related to the committee people! Parents went off, and their lame excuse was, well we had meetings, but no one showed up! UM, how can someone be at a meeting at 4 PM when most everyone had to work and the meeting ended at 5?!
They really played favors that year, and I outright told them, you ruined bowling for me, not because I didn't get anything, but because we had little ones crying for not getting anything!! The lady in charge said they would change it next year, I said I wasn't coming back! And a lot of parents said the same thing.
