The coupon thing wants the mobile phone # so they can text me something? I don't have a  mobile phone with texting ability. I still have an old flip phone with basic talk. Can't afford a smart phone. So, that let's me out of coupons and I wanted to print 6 of them today. This is NOT fair!!!!

I also completed a survey...said it would take 10 minutes. HA! It was a survey within a survey. Really? For 50 cents? Didn't take 10 minutes either. The first survey part took 10 minutes but the extra survey took another 15 minutes. I don't find this very honest.

So I thank those two items for getting me in a miserable mood.

I would not download anything on my phone anyway. I have downloaded in the past and my phone would not quit going off.  it drove me crazy.

I have had misleading surveys many times over and not just on FC. It's a problem on all my sites. The problem is with the survey companies. I recently had one that said something like 5 minutes and it kept going and going and going. I had to go back to it later and I finally got credit but all together, it took me about 30 minutes.

This morning, I took two surveys on a completely different site and after completing had some sort of glitch on the other end. I never got credit for either survey and they were both very long.

Talk about a not very good mood.

Update: Well, I went back to my other site and got credit for both surveys that had a glitch at the end. I am feeling so much better: happier and more relaxed.

Those items did not put you in a bad mood, YOU are the only one who can do that. It's all up to you if you want to let stuff bother you or not. It's like the old farmer who tried to bury his donkey that fell into the well. Each shovel of dirt he threw in, the donkey would just shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon the donkey reached the top and trotted off.

How old is your phone that you can't text? My uncle has a $5 Tracfone flip phone and even that can text and access the internet

This survey seems to be misleading. If it asks you to download something unless it's related to the study, I would not bother.

well said, oldbuddy... some things may give us a reason to get upset, but it is our choice... also, no matter where you go or what you do, there will be things that do not meet our expectations...as my boss says, "it is what it is'.. in other words, accept it and move on and hopefully learn something from it; patience, acceptance, knowledge, etc about what to attempt and what to avoid

I agree but I do think it's something I've learned as I got older.  Just not worth it to me to get all worked up, I just move on.   Love th donkey in the well story.

I love printing those coupons and I used them all the time. So, yes, I'M in a bad mood and the coupon company got me in the bad mood because now I can't save money with coupons. Some of them are more cents off than what you receive in the weekend flyers. In the one flyer, for example, it gave 25 cents off the product, but the coupons on line gave 50 cents off.

I can BUY text and data, but it costs money I don't have, plus I only turn my phone on when I'm off somewhere. It's an "emergency only phone."

This problem happens very often, so I guess for those who dont want to be upset for being DQ , stay away from survey.

I do not use my phone for any sort of surveys, etc. Last thing I need is getting weird messages or phone calls. I stick to desktop and email.

I suppose if i had nothing better to do than sit around and take surveys for free i wouldnt get mad.
