What kind of chocolate cake do you like?

I like Red Velvet! And my coworker just made a German Chocolate cake with coconut pecan icing and it was incredible!! Funny though, I'm normally not the biggest fan of chocolate.

Double chocolate - meaning a dark chocolate with fudge icing.  There's something about fudge that makes my eyes roll into the back of my head - in a good way!

Any chocolate cake with any chocolate frosting,icing,ganache or a smooth nearly clear vanilla royal icing on top of a chocolate pudding bundt cake... I'm a chocoholic so I'm not picky.  And I 'm a cake decorator so I have a little place in my heart for cake.  As long as there are no nuts in it.  I'm allergic to tree nuts.
