Surveys getting stuck?

I tried to do the MyThoughtCounts survey but it kept looping through the same three questions over and over.  Has anyone else experienced this??

It does that if it's trying to qualify you for a survey

There is one survey that is a grocery survey, and it asks if I want to take the survey in English or Spanish. I click English, and it just keeps repeating that same question, and never goes anywhere.

Peanut Lab is not putting any offers on their page, why is that?

Sometimes I also get angry with the surveys, especially when I answer those silly questions correctly and still get disqualified at the qualification round.
