I don't know what the issue is, but I am tired of seeing a "congratulations" screen and submit my survey as successful, only to see FC didn't pay up causing me to miss another P2C day. I'm going to have to move fusion cash down on the importance scale.

If this happens, clear your cache, browsing history, and your cookies. After that, start your FC survesys again. But if you continue to complete them and did not receive credit for them, I would contact support.

Yeah I agree! It used to happen to me again then I started clearing everything every time I log off and it works every day now!

I take a deep breath when beginning a survey especially at the end. I have had an over quota or disqualified after completing surveys and sometimes spending a a lot of time on them. In the past, I have completed a survey even getting a congratulations but with no credit. That has not happened recently.

Try a different browser. That might help.

Is it possible that it's delayed crediting? One of mine yesterday did not credit until a half hour later.

Contacting support is fruitless because they will tell you to wait a day or two because not all surveys credit right away. Then, when you contact them again, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do if it did not credit.

However, you can try them anyway.

Agree, this may be my last cash out.  If I ever reach it.  I just done a survey that I spent 2 hours on.  It was 2 parts.  When I submitted the final part of the 2nd installment I get a message that says "sorry your profile did not qualify to take this survey".  I am pretty much done.  Tired of wasting my time and not getting paid.

2hrs? On a survey? Hope was payn crazy cash..

When this happens to me, I log out for a couple of hours and when I log back in, the credit is there. You should try relogging or as other people mentioned to clear your cache and cookies to see if that helps :) If this continues to happen you should contact support

I rarely have this problem but when I do I clean out my cache, etc... if it continues I send in a support ticket and they usually fix it quickly... FC is good about that

I had couple of surveys this month where I did not get paid immediately but it showed up about 24 hours later.  Be patient it might show up soon.  And if don't than I would send an email about it.

Surveys absolutely count towards your 5c, but ONLY if you complete and get credit. The 1c DQ does NOT count towards the 5c. Hope that helps.
