Why are there HIDDEN SURVEYS when I never asked for them to be hidden?

It seems if I don't qualify for a survey that it goes under "HIDDEN SURVEYS" Why does FC do this automatically? Anyone else having this issue?

good question? and when i click on the hidden surveys it tells me i don't have any, but there are some surveys that goes into hidden surveys
