I go on a big shopping trip at the beginning of the month for house supplies  ... then 2 times a week for food shopping!

I go 2-3 times a week...  I add alot of stuff to my fur-kids diet (raw meats, organic greens/veggies & berries, Kefir, etc) and make them bone broth and their treats.

There's 5 of them and they all have different dietary needs.  The latest needs to work on building up her immune system and I just started trying fresh, local honey with her for her seasonal allergy problem.  It would be great if ONE store carried everything I needed for them but they don't.  So sometimes I can get it all in 2 shopping trips a week, sometimes it's more depending on how well stocked the stores are when I go.

Some of their health essentials and their food mixes, I order on-line.  It helps out so much!!

Grocery stores are all over my area and I go at least once or twice a week. However, I also buy from the farmer's market too due to loyalty and to save a little on organic produce/goods.

My husband and I go once a week for a big shopping and then I might have to go another day if something runs out or something unexpected comes up (such as friends asking us for dinner and I need to bring something.)

I have 2 grocery stores that I go to. the main one I go once every week. the second I go once every 2 weeks. The second one has very good sales and a few things I can't find at the other.
sometimes I stop by the main one if I forgot something or need something quick.
idon't like to grocery shop I try not to make extra stops and spend money.
