I don't really find pop-ups to be that annoying as I'm too used to it now. Usually a link has 2-3 pop-ups which is fine for me. But if this exceeds 6-7 then yeah that's pretty annoying.

I use Google Chrome and do not have this problem on this site or any other.   Also use the ad blocker unless there is something I need to do then I remove it finish the task and put it back on
