missing teeth food
« on: July 09, 2017, 03:05:13 pm »
It looks like I am going to have my third tooth removed from the bottom right side of my jaw soon. Planning ahead, I was wondering if anyone had any easy quick snack suggestions.

Jello, pudding, smoothies( no straw though), soft fruit, and apple sauce are usually good options

Ladavia has very good suggestions. Also yams or sweet potatoes are a nice soft treat 😌

Anything soft or liquid should work. Hope you gums heal quickly after the removal of your teeth. Also get replacements for them or your upper teeth will begin to fall out.

I find that yoghurts and pudding cups are good snacks to have around when you are having teeth issues. They are both soft and creamy so they shouldn't bother your teeth too much.

Anything soft or you can put food put in the blender.  I'm getting implants on the bottom right and can only chew on one side right now.  Hope everything goes well for you.

Yea I can sympathize I have a lot of missing teeth on my left side.  Snack suggestions are anything soft like yogurt pudding hmmmn ice cream after your gums heal.  Mashed potatoes soups chew on your good side that is what I do.

I know a guy who had all his teeth removed out of necessity. Then he didn't have the money to get dentures.  So after several months he learned to eat potato chips without teeth.  Human beings are very adaptable, I guess.

I've seen babies eat chicken and ribs because their gums are so tough
