I do in the afternoon when I'm waiting on it to cool off so I can go back out and work.

I hate taking naps because then it's hard for me to fall asleep at night but getting up so early every day sometimes I can't help it and pass out.  On these occasions before I nap I set an alarm for no more than a half an hour.  That give me enough time to 'recharge' without cutting into my sleep time.

I love them, but working a full-time job, I can rarely take one. Maybe once a week.

I hardly ever take naps because I have a hard enough time going to sleep at night.  Sometimes I'll doz off for a little while during the day in place of sleep the night before.

No, I don't like naps during the day. I'm usually busy doing something or working.

I don’t have the habit of taking naps. If I wake up too early in the morning, I may end up taking a nap in the late afternoon or early evening. It is especially true during high humidity of the hot summer weather. It depends how drowsy and sluggish I feel.

As much I really need a nap sometimes, I try hard not to cause they throw off my sleep schedule.

I take them as needed, I usually feel rejuvenated when I do.

I usually avoid naps for this very reason; not being able to fall asleep at night, but lately my body must be needing more rest bc it hasn't been much of an issue.

I hate taking naps because then it's hard for me to fall asleep at night but getting up so early every day sometimes I can't help it and pass out.  On these occasions before I nap I set an alarm for no more than a half an hour.  That give me enough time to 'recharge' without cutting into my sleep time.

I take a short nap when I put the baby down fr his nap.  If I don't sleep I at least have short rest.

I would love to, mostly though I don't have time.... when I do.. I crash in my kids room while they play.. you can only imagine how relaxing that it, with a 3year old jumping on top of me... but hey, at least I get to close my eyes now and then when I am totally exhausted.
