Email Issues with Daily Emails

I hadn't gotten daily emails in several days.  I had a message pop up on My Account page that my email address had failed.  My email address has not changed.  I get all other emails including emails from FusionCash for surveys to take.  Can you tell me what has happened and if it can be fixed??

I did submit a support ticket and have never heard back from anyone on it.

Hmmm that is strange, I wonder if it just a problem with your email site? I doubt very much you'll hear anything from admin on your ticket for awhile, I'm guessing they are considerably backed up. Have you tried disabling your daily email for a couple hours, then go back and enable it? Might work. Good luck!

try signing up for them again and checking spam folder, etc.... sometimes things will get messed up for no obvious reason

This happened to me last year (or maybe it was the year before). All of a sudden my hotmail address that I've had for over 20 years and used on this site since 2007 was no longer valid. I had to get a gmail address to fix it. There was no explanation of WHY and my support ticket just said there was nothing they could do.

I had to change from my hotmail address to a gmail one a while back. Used to get them in the spam folder then they stopped coming through altogether. I haven't had any issues since switching to gmail.

Well that's strange too! I haven't used hotmail for many, many years but it was my first email addy. I use Yahoo now and it works fine. Don't believe I've ever had a problem as far as FC is considered.

It happened to me before. When I found out I could no longer use my present email, I just input another alternate email and it worked. You might want to try to directly click on the Daily email offer again and see what happens using your old and alternative email.

I signed up with yahoo and never had a problem.... must be some change either in hotmail or FC
